The point that the Francs in the 14th century, and later on the Venetians, had transformed into a quarry to cut stones to construct the walls of Nicosia, is the point where the Aglantzia Municipality chose to built the beautiful amphitheatre of 1200 seats, the award-winning “Skali”.
