A kilometre away from the roundabout of the old road from Nicosia to Limassol, you will find the chapel dedicated to Agios Georgios on your left.
It is a small church and it is stone built and arched. It is decorated with a very beautiful belfry that has two bells and that has probably been added long after the construction of the church itself.
On the inside the way the icons have been painted impresses you. It is a strange technique for our place and it has a very different print of figures compared to what we have been used to by our icon painters. It is probable that the icons have been executed abroad.
The small church is always open for pilgrims and visitors.
