On the road going from Lympia to Mosfiloti, a little before the bridge over the Tremithos river, the visitor sees the chapel of Profitis Elias (Prophet Elias) on his left. Built on the peak of the highest hill from 1996 it is impossible to not notice it.
It is a small chapel, a donation of the Christodoulou Alexi Savva family, and the access to it is very easy since the dirt road that connects it with the central road is regularly maintained.
From the chapel’s location you can see the whole plain that begins from the river until the Nicosia-Larnaca motorway, and this does not make the youth of Lympia indifferent, as they use this place to gather up and talk.
