The Limassol Marina, is a development project that will help in recovery of the place’s economy.
With a total expense of 350 million euros, 600 vessel mooring lines have been put in place, many of which are private. There is also a waste processing station and a vessel conserving and repairing possibility.
In addition, big, comfortable entertainment places have been created and many known companies have bought or rented premises. The houses and apartments which are mostly built on artificial islands are estimated to cost about 6 million euros.
When all the housing and other projects will be finished, the Limassol Marina will be an ornament for all of the Mediterranean. Already thousands of locals and foreigners visit it for a coffee or for food, or even for a walk.
