The Holy Cathedral of Agios Nicolaos at the village of Episkopeio in Nicosia, belongs to the Holy Metropolis of Tamasos. It is a newly erected Church and its inauguration ceremonies will take place from the 18/02 until the 22/02/2015. During these days, a part of the relics of the Saint will be taken to the Church.
It is found built on the road of Episkopeio - Arediou, on the east shore of the Pedieos river, opposite the regional kindergarten of Tamasos.
On the surrounding area of the Cathedral, there is a monument dedicated to the Cypriot people that died during different battles.
