Southwest of the village of Kornos, in the pine forest, there is a small chapel dedicated to Agios Georgios Ssopotamos. It is built on the sommet of a small hill, on the north shore of a small torrent.
It is a single aisled Basilica with a gabled roof with tiles. The wooden belfry is found on the southern wall, on the small narthex.
The small chapel is always open for those wishing to visit it.
